Deine Rolle:

Wir suchen nach einer engagierten Fachkraft, die die Weiterentwicklung der Vergütungs- und Benefitslandschaft für Tchibo von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung vorantreiben kann.

Als Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist wirst du die nationale und internationale Vergütungskonzepte für alle Mitarbeitergruppen und Unternehmensbereiche entwickeln, Vergütungsprozesse koordinieren und adressatengerecht HR sowie die Führungskräfte unserer Fachbereiche beraten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du führst Stellenbewertungen und -analysen durch und vertrittst diese überzeugend gegenüber dem oberen Management.
  • Du durchführst Marktvergleiche und -analysen, erstellst Reportings und leitest fundierte, pragmatische Handlungsempfehlungen ab, die einem komplexen, dynamischen und international operierenden Handelsunternehmen gerecht werden.

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt HR oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Zudem bringst du mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte, praktische Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Compensation & Benefits in einem international agierenden Unternehmen oder in der Beratung mit.
  • Ein umfangreiches Wissen hinsichtlich der zeitgemäßen Instrumente einer modernen Entgeltpolitik setzen wir voraus.
  • Du verfügst über theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementmethoden und kannst diese sicher anwenden.
  • Überdurchschnittliche analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie gute Präsentationskenntnisse sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
