As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals by leveraging our cutting-edge platform, DXC Platform XTM. This innovative solution enables customers to accelerate their journey to resilient, self-healing IT across their entire IT estate. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining and delivering complex customer solutions using DXC Platform XTM, collaborating closely with clients from the DACH region, pursuit teams, and leadership. Your responsibilities will include providing high-level and detailed consultative solutions and technical sales support for selected customer opportunities, performing in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners, and potential clients, and providing consultative support to other Solution Architects/Leaders and deal teams. You will also gather product requirements from field and customer, aggregate and submit findings to portfolio/practice to drive refinement of solutions and offerings, and drive add-on sales and business opportunities during the entire process. To succeed in this role, you will need to be fluent in written and spoken German and English, have a minimum of 5 years of systems integration experience and at least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect, and have a proven track record with customers from the IT industry. You will also need to have extensive knowledge and experience with modern ITSM tools, ITIL, and API technologies, solutions, and architectures, as well as experience in the integration and proposal of 3rd party suppliers/products. Additionally, you will need to have expertise in digital solutions across enterprises, ITSM tooling software, Enterprise Service Management solutions, service integrations using API-based policies, and ITIL 4. Familiarity with AI(Ops), intelligent automation, lean and analytics, tooling for discovery, monitoring, and patching, data lakes, and modern catalog management is also highly desirable.
