Role Expectations:

In the capacity of a Senior Solution Architect, you will engage with DEET's extensive offerings, particularly focusing on our advanced automation platform. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, particularly from the DACH region, as well as internal teams to design and implement sophisticated solutions tailored to customer needs.

Our intelligent automation platform is designed to facilitate a seamless transition to resilient IT operations, empowering teams to swiftly identify and rectify issues while proactively preventing future complications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive consultative solutions and technical sales support for targeted customer initiatives.
  • Conduct detailed technical presentations for clients, partners, and prospective customers.
  • Provide advisory support to fellow Solution Architects and project teams.
  • Collect and analyze product requirements from clients and the field; compile insights to enhance our solutions and offerings.
  • Promote additional sales opportunities throughout the engagement process to boost overall sales performance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems integration, with a minimum of 3 years as a Solution Architect.
  • Demonstrated success in working with clients in the IT sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary ITSM tools, ITIL frameworks, and API technologies.
  • Experience in integrating and proposing third-party solutions.
  • Expertise in digital solutions across organizations, particularly in ITSM software (such as ServiceNow), Enterprise Service Management, and API-based service integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI operations, intelligent automation, analytics, and modern catalog management.
