Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative Agency to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative Agency, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones, providing excellent customer service through regular retail store visits, and planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns to boost revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new customers and retain existing ones through effective sales strategies and customer service
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase revenue and reduce advertising costs
- Monitor inventory levels and order replenishments as necessary to ensure seamless customer service
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional communication and relationship-building
- Identify potential agency partners, present solutions, negotiate agreements, and maintain collaborative relationships
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in or for the retail sector
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
- Class B driver's license required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Required language skills: English (fluent), German (desirable)
