About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE Kelterbaum oHG. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and valued
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the market and stockroom
  • Accurately receive and stock merchandise, and manage inventory levels
  • Implement sales strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or relevant work experience in retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
