Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Master Data team in various project management activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating reports on sub-tracks of master data using Excel and SAP, managing documentation of changes, and assisting with project testing and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Support project management activities, including project reporting, scheduling, and communications.
  • Data Generation: Generate Excel and SAP-based reports on sub-tracks of master data.
  • Documentation Management: Manage documentation of changes, including new features, test cases, and testing progress.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with project testing and migration activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience: Basic knowledge of SAP, preferably in one master data domain (e.g., SAP MM, SD, ...).
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
