Working Student: Master Data Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Master Data team in various project management activities. As a Working Student, you will be responsible for generating reports on sub-tracks of master data, managing documentation of changes, and assisting project testing and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Support project management activities, including project reporting, scheduling, and communications.
  • Data Generation: Generate excel/SAP-based reports on sub-tracks of master data.
  • Documentation Management: Manage documentation of changes, including new features, test cases, and testing progress.
  • Project Assistance: Assist project testing and migration activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Cooperate with the cross-functional and international project team in their daily business.

Requirements:

  • Study Field: Currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience: Basic knowledge of SAP, preferably in one master data domain (e.g., SAP MM, SD, ...).
  • Skills: Proficient in working Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
