Working Student: Master Data Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our team as a Master Data Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities, generating reports, and managing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management Support: Assist in project reporting, scheduling, and communications.
  • Data Generation: Create excel/SAP based reports on sub-tracks of master data.
  • Documentation Management: Manage documentation of change, including new features, test cases, and testing progress.
  • Reliable Work: Assist in project testing and migration activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Cooperate with the cross-functional and international project team in their daily business.
  • Study Field: Currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience: Basic knowledge of SAP, preferably in one master data domain (e.g. SAP MM, SD,...).
  • Skills: Proficient in working Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Personality: Showcase adaptability, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Requirements:
  • Working Part-time: Focus on studies, working student possible during lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper Students: Enrolled, examination results or modules not completed yet, and able to work in the team for at least 6 months.
  • Location: Live close to the site, able to come to the site regularly.
