Project Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to join our Digital & Integrated Systems team in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing optimized ways of working for rolling stock changes, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of project engineering managers responsible for signalling projects, including retrofit and newbuild ETCS on-board.
- Ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Leverage Alstom's standard products and deployment processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- University degree in a technical subject, such as rail vehicle technology, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in technical project management, preferably in signalling technology.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex projects, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
