Our Project Engineering Team
At McPhy Energy S.A., we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Project Engineering to join our team.
This role will be responsible for leading our Engineering of Projects department, overseeing the management of capacity and workload, and ensuring the effective realization of project engineering groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project engineering strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Manage project engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Operations/Quality, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and implement processes, tools, and KPIs to improve project engineering efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the safety and standardization of products, as well as providing technical support to internal and external manufacturing.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or a science doctorate from a leading institution.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in industrializing products, preferably in a large organization with exposure to processes and methods.
- Experience in leading multicultural teams and driving business growth through project engineering.
- Fluent in English, German is a must, Italian or French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic environment.
