About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Release Manager/Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at AOK Mein Leben. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating productive setups and the operation of digital products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate productive setups and the operation of digital products, including mobile apps, desktop applications, and web-based solutions, across all system environments, considering the CI/CD pipeline and system availability.
  • Act as an expert in release, incident, and other IT operations processes, providing guidance and support to the AOK community in specific support cases.
  • Develop release management strategies and plans, overseeing the entire release lifecycle, including preparation, execution, and post-release activities.
  • Conduct cutover planning with IT partners, oversee and coordinate the CI/CD pipeline, and manage app store administration.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and communicate system availability for deployment and testing activities.
  • Conduct release reviews, prepare release notes, and coordinate existing incidents and their resolution in accordance with release planning.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience and skills.
  • Relevant experience in IT operations, preferably with experience in managing IT partners.
  • Strong knowledge of software development and IT system operation, as well as technical support.
  • Familiarity with release and test management, and experience in the healthcare sector is an asset.
  • Proficiency in software products for test and release management (e.g., Jenkins, JIRA).
  • Experience with agile development processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a self-motivated and result-oriented work style.
