Position Overview
We are seeking a (Junior) Business Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Operations team.
Your Responsibilities
- Customer Experience Champion: You will oversee the entire customer journey, from onboarding to account management, ensuring our clients are not just satisfied but truly delighted.
- Process Improvement Specialist: Enhance our operational capabilities by integrating the latest Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and automating processes effectively.
- Team Collaboration Facilitator: Act as the connector between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Tech, and Business Intelligence, ensuring cohesive efforts across departments.
- Innovation Advocate: Continuously brainstorm and implement new strategies to enhance the customer experience, working closely with various teams.
- Documentation Specialist: Maintain our internal knowledge base with clear and concise process documentation that is easily understandable.
- Support Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for operational and technical inquiries from our commercial team, resolving issues efficiently.
- Official Contact Representative: Manage inquiries with professionalism and precision.
Qualifications
- Proactive Attitude: You are hands-on and take initiative to implement solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Your strong analytical abilities enable you to tackle complex challenges effectively.
- Relevant Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in Business Operations is preferred. Familiarity with tools like ProductsUp is advantageous.
- Technical Proficiency: You possess a solid understanding of IT infrastructures and can navigate system integrations with ease.
- Data Management Skills: Proficient in Excel, SQL, Google BigQuery, and Elasticsearch.
- Communication Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication skills, thriving in multidisciplinary teams.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to ensure project success.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You have a vision for both the big picture and the finer details, always motivated to innovate.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (C1 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
