About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vertical Business Development Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our Low Voltage Motors Division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Minerals, Water & Wastewater verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share and revenue in the Minerals, Water & Wastewater verticals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the verticals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the verticals.
  • Develop and manage vertical-specific sales materials and tools.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in vertical sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Minerals, Water & Wastewater verticals.
  • Expertise in market research and analysis.
  • Technical background in electrical motors or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passionate and self-motivated individual.
  • Excellent learning ability with good business sense.
  • Good intercultural skills.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, fluent German will be a plus.
