About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vertical Business Development Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Minerals, Water & Wastewater vertical for our Low Voltage Motors division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share and revenue in the Minerals, Water & Wastewater vertical.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the vertical.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
  • Develop and manage vertical-specific sales materials and tools to support sales efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on vertical market performance and trends.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in vertical sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Minerals, Water & Wastewater vertical and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory, with German language skills a plus.
