- Develop and refine product concepts, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze technical requirements and prepare detailed specifications.
- Design and implement hardware architecture, ensuring seamless integration with software solutions.
- Oversee and assess experiments, measurements, and functional tests to ensure product quality.
- Identify and qualify new components for use in our products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Assess design changes for their impact on functional safety, ensuring the highest level of product reliability.
- Support manufacturing and quality assurance as products move to mass production, ensuring seamless transition.
- Develop or adapt test equipment and programming devices to meet quality standards, ensuring efficient testing processes.
- Lead the commissioning and verification processes, establishing test criteria for validation and production.
- Contribute to the updating and improvement of existing product lines, ensuring continuous innovation.
- Assist in product certifications and maintain thorough documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the technical liaison for customers, development partners, and component suppliers, providing expert guidance and support.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hardware development, with a strong portfolio to show.
- Proficiency in hardware development and simulation tools, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Preferably, a good understanding of hardware-related programming, with a focus on software-hardware integration.
- High self-motivation and a proactive, hands-on approach to tasks, with a focus on delivering results.
- Independent, structured, and process-oriented work style, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless communication with cross-functional teams.
