As a Senior User Experience Designer at ePages, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our web shop products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop user-friendly interaction concepts that reflect the needs of our users.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with product management to develop user-centered design solutions
* Conducting user research and gathering internal feedback to inform design decisions
* Creating user journeys, workflows, and interaction concepts that meet the needs of our users
* Working closely with product owners, UI designers, UX writers, and developers to implement design solutions effectively

We are looking for a talented UX designer who is passionate about creating user-centered design solutions. If you have a strong understanding of usability engineering and user experience principles, and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Your Profile**

* University degree or training in user experience, computer science, psychology, or a related field
* Experience with prototyping software like Figma or Sketch
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and tools
* Proven track record as a problem solver, consistently delivering effective solutions
* Experience collaborating with diverse departments, fostering seamless cross-functional teamwork
* Strong communication skills in English

**Nice to Have**

* Experience in e-commerce
* Familiarity with agile software development processes
* Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML and CSS (programming knowledge not necessary)
* Fluency in written and spoken German
