User Experience Designer

Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to join our team at ePages. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our web shop products.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our product management team to develop user-friendly interaction concepts that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with other designers, product owners, and developers to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient implementation of your designs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of usability engineering and user experience principles. You should be able to conduct user research, gather internal feedback, and create user journeys, workflows, and interaction concepts that reflect the users' needs.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering effective solutions and a strong analytical and conceptual skillset. If you have experience with prototyping software like Figma or Sketch, and are fluent in English, we would love to hear from you.

Your Profile
  • University degree or training in user experience, computer science, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience with prototyping software like Figma or Sketch.
  • Extensive knowledge of usability engineering and user experience principles.
  • Experimental mindset and practical experience in developing interaction concepts, conducting user research, usability testing, and evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Proven track record as a problem solver, consistently delivering effective solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse departments, fostering seamless cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with agile software development processes.
  • Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML and CSS (programming knowledge not necessary).
  • Fluent in written and spoken German.
