Senior User Experience Designer

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our web shop products. Your mission is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product management to develop user-centered interaction concepts for our web shop products.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and oversight of the user experience across all products.
  • Conduct user research, gather internal feedback, and create user journeys, workflows, and interaction concepts.
  • Work closely with product owners, UI designers, UX writers, and developers to implement interaction concepts effectively.
Requirements:
  • University degree or training in user experience, computer science, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience with prototyping software like Figma or Sketch.
  • Extensive knowledge of usability engineering and user experience principles.
  • Experimental mindset and practical experience in developing interaction concepts, conducting user research, usability testing, and evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Proven track record as a problem solver, consistently delivering effective solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse departments, fostering seamless cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
