JobbeschreibungWir suchen einen Regional Service Specialist (m/w/d) für unser Team in Deutschland. Als Key Account Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Betreuung von Fachärzten und medizinischem Fachpersonal in der Hämatologie und Nephrologie.
Aufgaben- Als Key Account Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Betreuung von Fachärzten und medizinischem Fachpersonal in der Hämatologie und Nephrologie.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung von Account-Maßnahmen, einschließlich der Kommunikation mit Kunden und der Koordination von internen Fachabteilungen.
- Du analysierst Markt- und Wettbewerbsbedingungen und entwickelst Strategien zur Verbesserung der Patientenansprache.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Auswertung von Leistungskennzahlen im Zusammenhang mit der Patientenansprache.
- Du identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur Prozessverbesserung und empfiehlst Lösungen zur Umsetzung.
- Naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder die notwendige Sachkenntnis nach § 75 AMG.
- Ausgeprägter Geschäftssinn und unternehmerische Denkweise mit kommerzieller Erfahrung.
- Fundiertes wissenschaftliches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Klinik- und Facharztaußendienst.
- Erfahrung im Onkologischen und/oder Gastroenterologischen Markt oder nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten, sich schnell in neue Indikationsgebiete einzuarbeiten und Kunden-Netzwerke aufzubauen.
- Bereitschaft, eigenverantwortlich und ergebnisorientiert zu arbeiten und sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
