Digitalization Manager

At Dr. Oetker, we are breaking new ground in digitalization and innovation. As a Digitalization Manager, you will play a key role in realizing efficiency and cost-saving potential in the ambient production environment through the introduction of digitalization and AI solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze the potential of digitalization opportunities in the production sector.
  • Design, develop, and implement standards for digitalization solutions in this area.
  • Harmonize the IT systems used in Dr. Oetker's food production ecosystem.
  • Develop individual recommendations regarding procurement, investments, and project sequencing.
  • Support the plants in the development and implementation of new systems.
  • Set up a cross-location network and central documentation of processes.
  • Coordinate external partners, service providers, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in (business) informatics or economics with further training in business information systems.
  • Several years of professional experience in the aforementioned environment.
  • Extensive and varied experience in consulting and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP, MES, automated data exchange, IoT, and supply chain management.
  • High degree of process understanding and very good conceptual skills.
  • Confident manner and very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Inter-cultural competence.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
