**DESCRIPTION**
With us, you can take off and unleash your full potential, because our 18-month international trainee program has a lot to offer. In addition to individual placement planning, an assignment abroad, cross-departmental collaboration, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself further and build an extensive network within the company. Towards the end of the program, you will work with your fellow trainees on a strategic project, which you’ll present to the management. You can then look forward to your first permanent position in one of our teams.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Start**: As an International Trainee with a focus on Procurement (Supply Chain Management), you will start on May 1st, 2025. Your journey begins with an extensive onboarding: You will spend your first day with your HR business partner and our other new trainees. You will then move to your first station. Here you will get to know your colleagues as well as your buddy and mentor and work on your first tasks and projects.
- **Procedure**:You actively shape your 18-month trainee program: Choose from exciting positions in purchasing such as Commodity management (for raw materials, packaging, indirects) as well as related national and international areas of the supply chain departments and non-specialist teams. By contributing your ideas, you actively support the further development of our company. You can also support us with digitalization, for example by evaluating and implementing AI solutions to optimize our existing tools and processes. Through additional short assignments in production, field service or similar, you will gain further valuable insights. Would you also like to get a taste of the Oetker Group? - **Future**: Through various assignments lasting four to twelve weeks and responsibilities in daily business as well as in projects, you will prepare yourself for your future as a professional, project manager or potential executive with us.
- **International assignment**: During an international assignment lasting four to six months, you will get to know one of our subsidiaries, expand your network and gain an even better understanding beyond our headquarter. You will decide on the location together with your contact person and our subsidiaries.
- **We support you**: As part of our trainee community, you have the chance to take part in selected trainings to build on your strengths. You benefit from the network and experience of your mentor, at management level, and your buddy. By the way, you always start together in a group of new trainees.
**WHAT YOU BRING**
- **Studies**:You are a Master's graduate.
- **Experience and knowledge**:You have an international mindset and have at least three months of international experience. You are fluent in English and German. Furthermore, you have gained practical experience through student jobs in the field of Procurement.
- **Personality**:You are enthusiastic about technical and entrepreneurial correlations and have an interest in management. Furthermore, you enjoy working on complex strategic issues, using your solution-oriented, methodical approach and your holistic, entrepreneurial way of thinking. You are passionate about digital trends and technologies and always up to date with the latest advancements, such as the use of AI. You like to leave your comfort zone, are ambitious and strive for personal and professional development. You have a hands-on mentality. You excel in interpersonal and communication skills - you are a networker.
