As a Senior Digitalization Manager at Dr. Oetker, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and cost savings in our ambient production environment through the introduction of digitalization and AI solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing the potential of digitalization opportunities in the production sector, designing, developing, and implementing standards for digitalization solutions, and harmonizing IT systems used in our food production ecosystem.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze digitalization opportunities in the production sector and develop recommendations for implementation.
- Design, develop, and implement standards for digitalization solutions in the ambient production environment.
- Harmonize IT systems used in Dr. Oetker's food production ecosystem.
- Develop individual recommendations for procurement, investments, and project sequencing.
- Support plants in the development and implementation of new systems.
- Establish a cross-location network and central documentation of processes.
- Conduct market analysis and coordinate external partners, service providers, and suppliers.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in business informatics or economics with further training in business information systems or a technical university degree.
- Several years of professional experience in the digitalization environment.
- Extensive experience in consulting and project management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP, MES, automated data exchange, IoT, and supply chain management.
- High process understanding and conceptual skills.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- International business experience and intercultural competence.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
