About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Miles Mobility. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members

Requirements

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German, Dutch, French, and English
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
