About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team as a Practice Supervisor. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing individualized, activating, and holistic care to our residents, as well as providing professional guidance and support to nursing assistants, students, interns, and recognized nursing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care plans and implement care strategies to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants, students, interns, and recognized nursing professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Organize and lead learning circles and apprentice cafes to promote knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Liaise with schools and networking organizations to establish partnerships and collaborations
  • Document and maintain accurate records of nursing processes and quality assurance
  • Participate in and implement nursing concepts and standards to ensure best practices
  • Carry out physician-delegated orders and therapies as required
