Join Our Team as a Human-in-the-Loop System Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Human-in-the-Loop System Developer. As part of our research projects, you will have the opportunity to work on the conception and implementation of human-in-the-loop systems in digital health.

About the Project

Our team is researching the use of human-in-the-loop systems to verify proposed measures in inpatient long-term care and to verify clustering results of OCT scans in ophthalmology. As part of this project, you will be responsible for collecting requirements with practice partners, designing and implementing the system as a prototype, and evaluating the resulting demonstrator.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collect requirements with practice partners through interviews, workshops, and questionnaires
  • Design and implement the human-in-the-loop system as a prototype
  • Evaluate the resulting demonstrator with practice partners
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with strong programming skills in Python and Typescript, as well as experience in (Media) Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or comparable courses. A bachelor's or master's thesis is required.
