About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver / Geriatric Nurse (m/w/d) to join our team at a reputable Stationary Elderly Care facility in Saarbrücken. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to elderly patients, including basic and therapeutic care
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements
  • Valid nursing license or equivalent qualification
