Domain Manager SATCOM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domain Manager SATCOM to join our team at OHB System AG. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our satellite communications business.
Key Responsibilities:- Screening of relevant tenders from institutions and commercial/exporting customers
- Coordination of procurement activities
- Identification and monitoring of market needs and support of product development and sales
- Preparation of procurement forecasts and reporting
- Synchronization of relevant activities and active information of stakeholders
- Point of contact for all relevant stakeholders
- Active participation in trade fairs, conferences, committees, associations, in coordination with the departments of Communication and Marketing
- Proactive development and proposals for strategic cooperation, mergers and acquisitions
- Coordination and internal information exchange
- Representation in specific committees
- Completed studies in the field of Business Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
- Desirable: several years of experience in the aerospace industry and experience with aerospace programs
- Network within the specific field is an advantage
- Ability to develop and formulate strategies
- High level of self-organization and ability to prioritize
- Good communication, rhetorical and networking skills
- Decision-making, entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
