We are looking for a Proposal Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Bremen.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts for products, services, and complete ground segments or user segments for satellites.
- Establish and maintain a network of contacts with customers, potential scientific and industrial partners, and colleagues within the OHB Group.
- Contribute to studies, R&D projects, and space system proposals (technical and commercial).
- Prepare activities such as scouting for opportunities, identifying and initiating R&D, industrial teaming, and budget allocation to tasks.
- Coordinate the creation and writing of technical proposals, management proposals, implementation proposals, and service proposals.
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Space System Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering area.
- At least first, preferably profound, professional experience in one of the following areas: system engineering, software development, space system operations, Satcom, project management, business development.
- Ability to present in front of customers and colleagues.
- Motivation to do what is needed to get things done.
- Ability to work independently to gather knowledge and skills required.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with team members.
- Fluency in spoken English and professional in writing (B2), preferably fluency in spoken German and professional in writing (B2).
