About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team at Freudenberg. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring all equipment used in the molding process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor equipment to produce high-quality parts
  • Maintain and clean machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct visual and quality inspections to ensure compliance with company specifications
  • Document process and quality data for analysis and improvement
  • Monitor safety equipment and ensure a safe working environment
  • Implement quality regulations and take corrective action when necessary
  • Work in a 3-shift mode to meet production demands

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, process mechanic, or comparable technical education
  • Several years of experience in processing elastomers or thermoplastics
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
  • Ability to work in multiple shifts and maintain physical resilience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent and careful work approach
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
