Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor all equipment used in the molding process to ensure efficient production.
- Maintain and clean machines and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure quality.
- Conduct visual and quality inspections of produced parts according to company specifications.
- Document process and quality data digitally to track performance.
- Monitor safety equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to quality regulations and take corrective action in case of deviations.
- Work in a 3-shift mode to meet production demands.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, process mechanic, or comparable technical education.
- Several years of experience in processing elastomers or thermoplastics.
- High level of commitment and flexibility.
- Ability to work in multiple shifts.
- Physical resilience.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Independent and careful work approach.
- Fluent in written and spoken German.
