Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor all equipment used in the molding process, ensuring seamless production and high-quality output.
• Maintain and clean machines and equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
• Conduct visual and quality inspections of produced parts according to company specifications, identifying areas for improvement.
• Document process and quality data digitally, providing valuable insights for process optimization.
• Monitor safety equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to quality regulations and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations, upholding the company's commitment to excellence.
• Work in a 3-shift mode, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, process mechanic, or comparable technical education.
• Several years of professional experience in processing elastomers or thermoplastics, with a strong understanding of production processes.
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and physical resilience.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team, with a sense of responsibility and independence.
• Fluent in written and spoken German, with excellent language skills.
