About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PAS Lead Engineer to join our team at Copeland. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects using Emerson Process Management global resources and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Lead or Project Manager in understanding and managing customer expectations.
  • Take ownership of engineering activities on allocated work and apply methodologies to minimize execution cost while maintaining schedule and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain realistic project schedules and provide vital information to stakeholders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical communication with customers and ensure team members are provided with necessary information.
  • Support procurement activities, including detailed specifications for sub-contracted works and services.
  • Ensure engineering activities are undertaken in accordance with quality control processes and company HSEQ standards.
  • Contribute to bid activities to ensure customer requirements are understood and innovative solutions are proposed.
  • Acquire, maintain, and share knowledge and experience with the engineering team and wider organization.
Requirements
  • State-certified technician with vocational training in electronics or automation technology.
  • At least years of relevant experience with a proven record of handling system design, implementation, and factory/site acceptance test phases of projects.
  • Ability to work independently and within defined timelines.
  • Extensive experience with direct customer contact and managing expectations.
  • Valid driving license for cars.
  • Local language skills with proficient English (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
