PAS Lead Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PAS Lead Engineer to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Lead or Manager in understanding and managing customer expectations.
  • Take ownership of engineering activities and apply methodologies to minimize execution costs while maintaining schedule and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, providing vital information to stakeholders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical communication with customers and ensure team members are informed.
  • Support procurement activities, including detailed specifications and delivery dates.
  • Ensure engineering activities meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Verify adherence to company quality control processes and HSEQ standards.
  • Contribute to bid activities, ensuring customer requirements are met and innovative solutions are proposed.
  • Acquire, maintain, and share knowledge with the engineering team and wider organization.
Requirements:
  • State-certified technician with relevant vocational training.
  • At least 5 years of experience in system design, implementation, and factory/site acceptance test phases.
  • Ability to work independently and within defined timelines.
  • Extensive experience with direct customer contact and managing expectations.
  • Valid driving license for cars.
  • Local language skills with proficient English (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity working with DeltaV.
