Key Responsibilities
  • Autonomous management and oversight of air freight shipments from start to finish
  • Serve as a point of contact between clients, our international network, and all stakeholders involved in the shipping process
  • Conduct performance evaluations and pursue continuous enhancements within your area of responsibility
  • Engage in negotiations with service providers
  • Invoice air freight shipments while maintaining comprehensive cost control and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training as a forwarding agent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong commitment
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a collaborative spirit
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
