Air Freight Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Autonomous management and execution of air freight shipments from start to finish
  • Serve as a key point of contact between clients, our international network, and all stakeholders involved in the logistics process
  • Conduct performance evaluations and drive continuous enhancements within your area of responsibility
  • Engage in negotiations with service providers
  • Oversee billing for air freight shipments, ensuring comprehensive cost management and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training as a forwarding agent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong commitment
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a collaborative spirit
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
