Join Our Team as a Sales Manager for Product Configuration

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at HIK GmbH. As a Sales Manager for Product Configuration, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers for our innovative product configurator.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Provide expert consulting services to customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer needs and present our innovative solutions proactively
  • Expand our partner network and contribute to the effective marketing of our configurator
  • Drive the technical development of our configurator, ensuring it remains up-to-date and customer-centric
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Present our solutions at industry events, conferences, and customer sites, showcasing our company's capabilities

Your Profile:

  • Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Desirable: experience and a strong network in the electrical industry or switchgear manufacturing
  • Proven ability to identify unique selling points and effectively communicate them through consultative value selling
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for trends and competitor activity
  • Fluent German, with English as a secondary language
