About the role Our partner company is looking for reinforcement and offers you the chance to kick-start your career as a Document Manager for Offshore projects in Hamburg.

Support project teams and managers in document management and adherence to workflow processes
Ensure traceability, accuracy, and easy retrieval of all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor and distribute incoming documents and drawings as per project guidelines, and ensure proper documentation closure at project end
Assist the Document Control Manager in developing and implementing improvements for technical and administrative documentation processes
Provide training and support project members regarding document management routines and applications, including data migration to EDMS
You bring document control expertise : 3–5 years of experience in document management, with a strong understanding of EDMS systems and procedures, particularly in large multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Strong computing skills, especially with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and MS SharePoint.You are fluent in English, at least C1 level.
