Senior International HR Business Partner

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our international team in Europe. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy and priorities
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, internal and external, to develop existing or deliver customized HR solutions
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute a Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Support the employee performance management process, including talent and succession planning
  • Identify training and development needs
  • Partner with the HR VP to implement the HR strategy, policies, and processes
  • Enable employees to reach our goals and objectives through coaching, counseling, training, and career development initiatives
  • Lead change management projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Ensure data accuracy in the HRIS and collaborate with the HR Officer
  • Finalize the post-merger integration through harmonization of HR processes and policies
  • Design and implement a new onboarding program aligned with our company culture and strategic goals
  • Develop and implement initiatives that drive a diverse and inclusive workplace

Your Profile

  • Education: University degree in business administration or related field with a focus on Human Resources Management
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in an HRBP or similar role in an international environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across a matrix organization
  • Interact and communicate efficiently with stakeholders across the organization
  • Keeping up to date with legal requirements within your scope
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to influence senior management
  • Change management skills
  • Demonstrated proven competences in compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and human resources practices and related laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Empathy and cultural understanding
  • Excellent ability to communicate in both oral and written German and English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)
  • Excellent IT skills (MS-Office and Success-Factors required)
  • Willingness to travel within the countries up to 20%
