Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Steelcase. As a frontline representative, you will be responsible for providing high-performance IT support to our Rosenheim facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic and advanced technical support and consulting to end-users.
  • Install, configure, and manage hardware and software technology products.
  • Set up and troubleshoot hardware and software technology products, including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, copiers, phones, multimedia display screens, and video projectors.
  • Understand the local network topology and provide basic hands-on support to the Network team.
  • Evaluate, install, set up, and manage software products included in the basic desktop system configuration.
  • Manage user IT incidents and requests via Service-Now software call tracking system according to procedures.
  • Act as a responsible IT representative for handling user IT incidents and requests.
Requirements
  • Higher education graduate.
  • ~0-2 years experience in a similar field (technical field support preferred).
  • ~ Word, Excel, ServiceNow (would be a plus).
  • ~ Advanced English and German.
