About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Researcher to join our team at XITASO GmbH IT & Software Solutions. As a Senior Researcher, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new research areas and projects that align with our company's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends in the medical technology field.
  • Develop and implement research strategies to advance our company's position in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new research projects.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our research teams on research methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance our research goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the medical technology field and apply this knowledge to our research projects.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of conducting research and publishing papers in top-tier journals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
