Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at Allianz Digital Health GmbH, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our agile cross-functional product teams. Your ability to quickly analyze business situations and specific product requirements across multiple countries will be essential in delivering conceptual designs for our digital product development and ensuring alignment between teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure local insurance and market needs are understood to consolidate product scope and avoid feature gaps
  • Support products in analyzing requirements, deriving comprehensive concepts, and aligning solutions across all stakeholders
  • Challenge products in prioritization, roadmap planning, and progress reporting
  • Identify and implement cross-product optimizations in close alignment with the Chief Product Owner and product teams
  • Support experts in business projects like maturity assessments and feed insights back to product feature development
  • Analyze different Health insurance markets, recent trends in Health insurance, as well as growth and profitability drivers to support our Allianz units beyond our products

Requirements

  • You hold a Master's degree (or Bachelor with comparable work experience) in Economics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar degree
  • 3+ years of working experience (working experience in IT/business consulting is a plus)
  • You have extensive experience in requirements analysis and delivering agile projects within international teams
  • High degree of self-organization, willingness to take ownership, and the ambition to cover a broad range of topics, paired with a hands-on attitude
  • Highly structured approach with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Your communication, presentation, and leadership skills are outstanding
  • Ideally, you are experienced in the (health) insurance or financial services sector
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
