Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring the effective management of employee administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes, while maintaining confidentiality and working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer personnel requirements for Central Continental Europe, including offer/acceptance letters, employment contracts, and maintaining up-to-date records within the HR system.
Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of employees in line with ISO processes, including security screening, Criminal Record Checks, equipment organization, training, and compliance requirements.
Oversee and track the annual performance review process.
Book training courses for colleagues as requested and update their training folders.
Manage cross-border engagements of colleagues.
Liaise with Fleet Management.
Manage and administer company communications.
Secondary Tasks & Responsibilities:
Participate in team-building exercises.
Assist with administrative/office requirements, including overtime and flexibility in hours.
The Company may require you to perform other duties according to operational needs, providing that in changing your duties, the Company does not act unreasonably having regard to your qualifications, experience, and potential.

Ad-hoc visits to client locations as required.
Valid driver's license required.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
