MDS Business Unit Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Digital Services team in the DACH region. As a key member of our Mondelēz International team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and innovation across our business units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage and prioritize digital projects to ensure timely delivery and maximum impact.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Strong experience in digital transformation and innovation, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
