Senior Key Account Manager at Amazon Logistics

The Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) at Amazon Logistics serves as a strategic advisor and business partner to Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). They play a crucial role in helping DSP business owners establish and expand successful last mile package delivery enterprises within Amazon Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety compliance in partnership with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers
  • Support business owners in scaling their operations and managing operational issues
  • Coach business owners to run compliant, safe, and high-performing companies
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements at the network level
  • Enhance the relationship between Amazon and DSP partners
  • Facilitate communication alignment with DSP business owners
  • Represent the voice of the DSP within the Amazon Logistics business
  • Coach and ensure effective utilization of tools
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer metrics
  • Champion the consistent application of Last Mile processes within Delivery Stations
  • Improve driver standards to uphold brand image

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in Operations, Last Mile, account/relationship management, or logistics
  • Experience working on a regional/national scale
  • Experience with contingent workforce management
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluency in English and German
