Join Our Team:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Team Leader for a group of 8 young men with sexually abusive behavior (10-18 years old) in Hamburg-Mitte.

About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for our young clients. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing guidance and support to our clients as they navigate their journey towards healing and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Provide guidance and support to clients as they navigate their treatment journey
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients
  • Document client progress and provide regular updates to the team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of child and adolescent development
  • Experience working with young people with sexually abusive behavior
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
