About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Tooling Group Lead to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our internal team of engineers and experts, planning and prioritizing the development of new exchange devices, and ensuring the smooth transition of finished products into series production.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and experts to ensure the successful development and implementation of new exchange devices.
  • Plan and prioritize the development of new exchange devices, including the documentation required for Nordex Service.
  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, including regular reviews of ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate and summarize the results of technical tenders, driving decision-making based on defined factors.
  • Plan prototype tests and initial field validation, ensuring a smooth transition of finished products into series production.
  • Regularly report to senior management on project progress and team performance.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed studies in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a manager or at least 5 years of experience as a project manager.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing issues.
  • Confidence in managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong team and communication skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, with Spanish a plus.
