Position for Customer Success Specialist in B2B Sector

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to enhance our customer experience. Your primary focus will be to assist clients in maximizing the use of our software solutions, provide necessary training, and resolve any inquiries or issues related to the application. Your contribution is vital for fostering long-term relationships and identifying potential sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main liaison for our clients
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients
  • Deliver first-level support to ensure timely and effective solutions
  • Develop and distribute various support resources, including guides and tutorials
  • Implement strategies aimed at customer retention
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, though entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with SEO is advantageous, but not essential
  • Customer-oriented with strong initiative and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to learn quickly with a focus on achieving goals
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Fluency in German (native or C1 level)
