Financial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the processing of incoming invoices, including account assignment and accounting, to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices and credit entries, maintaining accurate records and tracking payments.
- Manage daily account statements, reconcile accounts, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Lead the claims management process, including dunning and debt collection, to minimize financial losses.
- Monitor and control payment transactions, identifying and addressing any irregularities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain accurate master data, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Support the team in managing monthly and year-end closing tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and present financial evaluations and reports to inform business decisions.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate payment of employees.
- Early career professional with potential to develop into a Finance Manager, holding extensive knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proactive and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in German and minimum B2 level in English.
