Digital Music Strategist for YouTube Continental Europe

BMG RIGHTS MANAGEMENT GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Digital Music Strategist to join our Recordings team in Berlin. As a key member of the streaming team, you will develop, manage, and drive the YouTube strategy and performance in Continental Europe to maximize reach and revenues for our entire artist roster.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with YouTube in CEU, working closely with internal teams such as A&R, Product Managers/Marketing, Catalogue and Supply Chain, and local streaming managers in each territory. You will also ensure the best YouTube set up for the artists we work with, supporting all aspects of their YouTube presence, including channel management, monetization reviews, and content creation.
Additionally, you will actively pitch our repertoire to the Music Team at YouTube, plan, pitch for, and execute partnerships with YouTube, live events, and other content productions and marketing cooperation. You will also monitor all relevant KPIs of the YouTube channels of our artists to constantly enhance performance and be responsible for regular reporting to internal and artist teams to derive strategies for our frontline and catalogue repertoire.
We are looking for a creative, innovative, organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and resourceful individual who can execute opportunities as they arise together with the rest of our team, even under tight deadlines. You should be an excellent proactive communicator and fluent in German and English.
