Jobbeschreibung

Als Sales Development Representative wirst du eine wichtige Säule in unserem wachsenden Sales-Team. Du bist die erste Kontaktperson für potentielle neue Kunden und bist verantwortlich dafür, die Pipeline für unser Account Executive-Team aufzubauen.

Aufgaben
  • Outbound Prospecting: Du identifizierst neue Leads und kontaktierst diese per E-Mail, Telefon und LinkedIn.
  • Qualifizierung/Discovery: Im Rahmen von Cold Calls oder terminierten Kennenlerngesprächen identifizierst du den Status Quo, Challenges und Pain Points von potentiellen Kunden, mit dem Ziel den Sales-Prozess zu starten (Demo-Termin).
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Rest des Sales- und Marketing-Teams entwickelst du neue (Outbound-) Strategien und baust über weitere Kanäle wie z.B. Telefon, E-Mail und LinkedIn-Beziehungen zu potenziellen Kunden und Entscheidern auf.
Qualifikationen
  • Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und hast jetzt die Energie voll durchzustarten.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Sales - als BDR, SDR, AE sind ein Plus.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Austausch mit B2B-Kunden im SaaS-Bereich sammeln können. Erfahrungen im öffentlichen Sektor sind ein starkes Plus.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch deine positive Art, hohe Sozialkompetenz wie auch herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus und bist ein aktiver Zuhörer.
  • Du bist zielgerichtet, proaktiv und "machst" Dinge, wo andere erstmal reden.
  • Du brennst für die SaaS bzw. Softwarebranche, arbeitest selbst gerne mit modernen Tools und entwickelst dich gerne weiter.
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und hast Englischkenntnisse auf C1/C2-Niveau.
